Unable to crawl sites with bad robots.txt

We've run into several Shopify sites that have a robots.txt that either doesn't include a sitemap or has an incorrect sitemap link. For example https://simbasleep.com/robots.txt

For our use case, the best solution would be the option to manually assign a sitemap when configuring the scraper.
