Website Closers Scraper - Online Businesses for Sale & Closed Deals

Get online and tech businesses for sale from Website Closers, one of the largest brokers for eCommerce, SaaS, Amazon FBA, agencies and service businesses: asking price, cash flow, revenue, year established, business type and the full description. Plus about 1,800 closed deals (sold businesses with their asking price and cash flow) for valuation comps. Filter by keyword, price, cash flow or SBA pre-qualification, and export to Excel, CSV, JSON or the API.

Actively maintained. Last update: 2026-11-04. Every release passes 340+ automated tests on saved Website Closers pages plus a check against the live site, and Apify test-runs it every day.

What can you use it for?

  • Find an online business to buy. Screen every eCommerce, SaaS, Amazon FBA, agency or MSP listing by price and cash flow instead of paging through the site.
  • Valuation comps. Closed deals give you asking price and cash flow for ~1,800 sold businesses: compute price-to-cash-flow multiples by business type or size.
  • Deal flow for search funds, investors and buyers' advisors. Schedule a daily run and send new listings to Google Sheets, Slack or your CRM.
  • SBA-financeable deals. Pull only listings marked SBA pre-qualified, with their cash flow, to match buyers who need bank financing.

Privacy

Listings are confidential: Website Closers shows a code name, never the business's name. The scraper never reads the contact or NDA forms or broker profiles, and it removes any e-mail address, phone number or web link from the description (replaced with [removed]).

How to use it

  1. Choose Deals: businesses for sale, closed deals, or both.
  2. Optionally add a Keyword (e.g. SaaS, Amazon, agency), a price range, a minimum cash flow or Only SBA pre-qualified.
  3. Set Maximum listings, click Start, and download the results.

With both deal types, Maximum listings is shared fairly between them.

Input options

OptionWhat it does
dealTypesforSale (businesses for sale), closed (closed deals), or both
keywordOnly listings whose title or summary contains this word
minAskingPrice / maxAskingPriceAsking price range in USD ("Offers invited" listings are kept)
minCashFlowMinimum yearly cash flow in USD
sbaOnlyOnly listings marked SBA pre-qualified
startUrlsA Website Closers list page or single listing URLs, scraped as given
includeDetailsOpen each listing for the full set of fields (default on). Turn off for a fast, cheaper run
onlyNewSkip listings that earlier runs of the same search returned: you get and pay only for ones you haven't had (the first run works as usual)
maxItemsStop after this many listings
maxConcurrencyPages loaded at the same time (keep low to be polite)

Fast mode vs. full details

  • Full details (default): opens every listing for all the fields above, and the true sale status from the listing page.
  • Fast mode (includeDetails off): reads only the list pages, about 10x fewer requests: title, status, asking price, cash flow, SBA flag, summary and picture. The status then comes from the list page, which the site doesn't always update (some "Pending" deals have actually sold).

How much does it cost?

You pay $3.00 per 1,000 listings returned (plus a tiny $0.00005 per run start). Platform usage is included.

ListingsCost
100$0.30
All businesses for sale (~240)about $0.72
All closed deals (~1,700)about $5.10

Apify's free plan gives you $5 of credit every month. Set a spending limit on any run and the scraper stops exactly there.

Use it via API, on a schedule, or with your tools

  • Schedule it daily or weekly to catch every new listing (newest come first).
  • Only new listings: turn it on in a scheduled run or task and each run returns only listings you haven't had yet, so you never pay twice for the same listing.
  • Integrations: send results to Google Sheets, Slack, e-mail, Zapier, Make or a webhook.
  • API: run it from your own code and download results as JSON, CSV or Excel.
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("pshivam/website-closers-scraper").call(run_input={"dealTypes": ["closed"], "maxItems": 500, "includeDetails": False})
for deal in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
print(deal["title"], deal["askingPrice"], deal["cashFlow"])

Use it in Clay, n8n, Make or Zapier

Actor: pshivam/website-closers-scraper. Paste this input and change the filters to yours:

{"dealTypes": ["forSale"], "onlyNew": true, "maxItems": 300}
  • Clay: create a table from an Apify source to pull in the results of a scheduled run of this Actor (it refreshes every 24 hours by default), or use the Run Apify Actor enrichment and paste the input.
  • n8n: add the Apify node, choose Run Actor and get dataset items, pick this Actor and paste the input.
  • Make: use Run an Actor with Run synchronously on, then Get Dataset Items with the run's dataset ID.
  • Zapier: schedule this Actor in Apify, then use the Finished Actor Run trigger and Fetch Dataset Items. (Zapier stops waiting for Run Actor after 30 seconds, and a run usually takes about a minute.)

Good to know

  • Filters are checked before a listing is opened, so you only pay for matches. Website Closers' own search and sorting run in the browser, so the scraper reads the lists in the site's order (newest first).
  • One featured listing is pinned to the top of every list page; you get it once.
  • Old closed deals often have no page left. You still get them, with what the closed-deals list shows (title, summary, asking price, cash flow; hasDetails = false).
  • Figures are the seller's own, as published by Website Closers.

FAQ

How many listings are there?

About 240 businesses for sale and about 1,800 closed deals (sold businesses with their asking price and cash flow).

How much does it cost?

$3.00 per 1,000 listings (less on paid Apify plans), so the whole for-sale list costs under $1 and all closed deals about $5.40.

What is cash flow?

Website Closers quotes seller's discretionary earnings (SDE): profit plus the owner's salary and one-off costs. Asking price divided by cash flow is the usual valuation multiple.

This scraper reads public listing pages at a polite speed, follows the site's robots.txt and returns business data with contact details removed. You are responsible for how you use the data; check the site's terms for your use case.

Can I get the seller's contact details?

No. Use the listing url to contact Website Closers about a deal.

How do I get only new listings every day?

Save your search as a task, turn on Only new listings and schedule it daily. Each run then skips the listings earlier runs returned, so you get and pay only for ones you haven't had. Tip: set Maximum listings above the number of listings your search has, so the first run gets them all and later runs return just the new ones.
