Get trade shows, exhibitions and B2B fairs worldwide from the ntradeshows.com directory (Neventum): dates, venue, address, city, country, industries, the official website, frequency, scope and description. Filter by country, region, city, sector, dates or keyword, and export to Excel, CSV, JSON or the API.

Actively maintained. Last update: 2026-11-04. Every release passes 170+ automated tests on saved ntradeshows.com pages plus a check against the live site, and Apify test-runs it every day.

What can you use it for?

  • Plan your exhibition calendar. All upcoming fairs in your industry and target markets, with dates and venues, in one sheet.
  • Leads for event suppliers. Stand builders, hostess agencies, logistics, hotels and printers: every upcoming fair in a city or country, with its official website.
  • Sales prospecting. Find the fairs where your customers exhibit and plan visits months ahead.
  • Market research. Which industries hold the most fairs where, how often, and since when.

maxConcurrencyPages loaded at the same time (keep low to be polite)

Fast mode vs. full details

  • Full details (default): opens every trade show for its website, address, frequency, scope, description and edition history.
  • Fast mode (includeDetails off): reads only the lists, about 15x fewer requests: name, dates, venue, city, country and sectors.

How much does it cost?

You pay $3.00 per 1,000 trade shows returned (plus a tiny $0.00005 per run start). Platform usage is included.

Trade showsCost
100$0.30
1,000$3.00

Apify's free plan gives you $5 of credit every month. Set a spending limit on any run and the scraper stops exactly there.

Use it via API, on a schedule, or with your tools

  • Schedule it weekly to keep your trade show calendar current.
  • Only new trade shows: turn it on in a scheduled run or task and each run returns only trade shows you haven't had yet, so you never pay twice for the same trade show.
  • Integrations: send results to Google Sheets, Slack, e-mail, Zapier, Make or a webhook.
  • API: run it from your own code and download results as JSON, CSV or Excel.
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("pshivam/trade-show-scraper").call(run_input={"countries": ["germany"], "sectors": ["technology"], "dateTo": "2027-12-31", "maxItems": 200})
for fair in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
print(fair["name"], fair["startDate"], fair["city"], fair["website"])

Use it in Clay, n8n, Make or Zapier

Actor: pshivam/trade-show-scraper. Paste this input and change the filters to yours:

{"countries": ["germany"], "dateTo": "12 months", "onlyNew": true, "maxItems": 1000}
  • Clay: create a table from an Apify source to pull in the results of a scheduled run of this Actor (it refreshes every 24 hours by default), or use the Run Apify Actor enrichment and paste the input.
  • n8n: add the Apify node, choose Run Actor and get dataset items, pick this Actor and paste the input.
  • Make: use Run an Actor with Run synchronously on, then Get Dataset Items with the run's dataset ID.
  • Zapier: schedule this Actor in Apify, then use the Finished Actor Run trigger and Fetch Dataset Items. (Zapier stops waiting for Run Actor after 30 seconds, and a run usually takes about a minute.)

Good to know

  • Lists show upcoming trade shows soonest first, starting about a week back; trade shows that already ended are skipped (they don't count toward your results).
  • Dates are the next or current edition. Past editions are summarised in editions and firstYear.
  • Some trade shows have no page of their own in the directory; you still get them with what the list shows (hasDetails = false).
  • Data is as the directory publishes it. Some scope values look generous or modest; check the official website for the final word.

FAQ

How many trade shows does it cover?

Every fair in the ntradeshows.com directory: 147 countries, 1,700+ cities and 600+ sectors.

How much does it cost?

$3.00 per 1,000 trade shows (less on paid Apify plans), so 300 trade shows cost $0.90.

This scraper reads public pages at a polite speed and follows the site's robots.txt. Trade show data is about events and companies, not private people. You are responsible for how you use the data; check the site's terms for your use case.

Can I get exhibitor lists or contact people?

No. The directory doesn't publish exhibitor lists, and the scraper never reads contact or booking forms.

How far ahead can I look?

As far as the directory goes (often two years for big fairs). Set To date to limit it.

How do I get only new trade shows every day?

Save your search as a task, turn on Only new trade shows and schedule it daily. Each run then skips the trade shows earlier runs returned, so you get and pay only for ones you haven't had. Tip: set Maximum trade shows above the number of trade shows your search has, so the first run gets them all and later runs return just the new ones.
