How can i change tweetsDesierd settings to get newest tweets, and not sorting based on likes count?

Hi!

There is way around, but a bit tricky:

You need to use https://apify.com/quacker/twitter-profile-search
Specify exact profile name and 1 search result with 0 tweets as in sample run https://console.apify.com/view/runs/y1I67vxHMki74bAuq
See lastTweet in dataset https://api.apify.com/v2/datasets/3SUxYUNUsL1NDp7ze/items?clean=true&format=json
Note that actor getting last tweet even if profile not public as in sample run
Re-run by schedule to get more latest tweets

There is no other way, because regular feed for web visitor without X login sorted by popularity as you described.
