Native reviews vs aggregate score

KennstDuEinen blends its own reviews with counts imported from other platforms. aggregateReviewCount is the blended total shown on the profile, while publishedReviewCount is the number of individual reviews actually rendered on the page — and that is the maximum the Actor can export. For the example above the profile advertises 70 reviews but publishes 12 individually.
