🏠 Futurehome.al Scraper: Albania Real Estate Listings, Offices & Agents

Futurehome.al Scraper exports property ads from futurehome.al, the website of the Future Home real estate network in Albania, as structured data: price in EUR or Lek, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, floor, address, coordinates, photos, description, reference code and the agent and office behind each ad. It also returns the 32 Future Home offices and the licensed agent directory. Export CSV, Excel, JSON or XML. No login, no API key, no proxy needed for normal runs.

The Futurehome.al Scraper turns the listings of one of the largest agency networks in Albania into a dataset you can filter, sort and join. On 2026-10-11 the live site held about 6,930 ads: 5,913 for sale and 1,016 for rent (monthly), in apartments, villas, houses, land, offices, shops, hotels and more, spread over 38 cities and 416 neighborhoods, from 32 offices and 272 licensed agents. The Actor reads the same public pages every visitor sees (search results, ad pages, office and agent pages) and turns them into one typed schema, so a run takes a filter or a pasted URL and returns clean rows.

🎯 What does the Futurehome.al scraper do?

  • Scrapes futurehome.al property ads: apartments, duplexes, studios, penthouses, houses, villas, land, offices, commercial spaces, bars and restaurants, hotels, warehouses, shopping malls, resorts, garages and business buildings, for sale and for monthly rent.
  • Returns price, currency, price per square meter, built area, interior area, land area, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, total floors and year built of every ad that states them.
  • Gives address, neighborhood, city and exact latitude and longitude, with the coordinates present on every ad checked.
  • Returns all photos, the full description in Albanian, the reference code, the publication date and the view count (keep Fetch full ad details on, the default).
  • Tells you who sells: the Future Home office and the licensed agent behind the ad (name, role, profile page). Business phone, WhatsApp and e-mail are optional and off by default.
  • Reads facts that agents write into the ad text and turns them into columns: furnishing, building condition, title documents, parking spaces and amenities such as elevator, balcony, sea view or swimming pool.
  • Filters by operation, property type, city, neighborhood, bedrooms, bathrooms, price, area and a keyword, and also starts from ad URLs, ad ids, reference codes, office pages, agent pages or any futurehome.al search or category URL you paste.
  • Builds office rows (address, city, active ad count) and agent rows (name, role, office), so you can map the whole network.
  • Has an only-new mode for scheduled runs: you get just the ads that were not in your previous run of the same search.

📊 Futurehome.al property data: which fields do you get?

Every row is one record with recordType set to listing, office or agent. A listing row carries about 40 of the 63 columns, depending on what the ad states.

Three things are worth knowing about prices and types:

  • Price on request: some ads hide the price ("Kontakto per cmimin"). They come with priceOnRequest set to true and no price, never a made-up zero.
  • Euro and Lek: most ads are in EUR (currency). When an ad is priced in Lek only, currency is ALL. When it shows both, price stays in euros and priceLek has the Lek amount.
  • Property type: the site files houses, duplexes and studios under "Apartament" in its own category. The Actor reads the title and sets propertyType to the real type (duplex, studio, penthouse, villa, house) when the title says so, and keeps the site's own label in categoryName.

Text-derived fields (furnishing, condition, hasTitleDeed, yearBuilt, parkingSpaces, amenities) are set only when the agent wrote it explicitly, so a missing value means the ad does not say.

🚀 How to scrape Futurehome.al in 4 steps

  1. Create a free account at console.apify.com and open this Actor.
  2. Pick what to collect (listings, offices or agents), then the operation (sale, rent or both), property types, cities and the other filters. Leave the filters empty to get the newest ads across Albania.
  3. Set Max Items and press Start. A 3-listing run with full details finishes in about 15 seconds.
  4. Download the dataset as CSV, Excel, JSON or XML, or read it through the Apify API.

To read one ad, one office or one agent, paste its futurehome.al URL in Start URLs, the ad number in Ad IDs or the code in Reference codes. To reuse a search you built on futurehome.al, paste the search page URL: type, city, neighborhood, bedrooms, bathrooms, price and area filters in the address are understood, and so are the category pages such as futurehome.al/vila-me-qera.

⏱️ How fast is it, and does it need a proxy?

futurehome.al limits how fast one IP address can read it: after a short burst the server answers "429 Too Many Requests". The Actor handles this by itself.

  • Up to 50 rows: it reads the site directly, at a polite pace of one request every 2.4 seconds. A full listing (search page share plus ad page) takes about 2.6 seconds, which is about 1,400 full listings per hour. If the site throttles anyway, the Actor slows down and, after repeated 429 answers, switches to the Apify datacenter proxy for the rest of the run.
  • More than 50 rows: it starts on the Apify datacenter proxy by itself, about ten times faster (around three requests per second). No setup needed.

No Apify Actor covers futurehome.al, so the two rivals read on 2026-10-11 serve other Albanian portals and are not a like-for-like swap. Their Store pages show much lower prices per result, and this Actor costs more than both. It is the only one here that reads futurehome.al, and it adds coordinates, the office and agent behind each ad, and an only-new mode. The other ways to get this data are the site filters, which have no export, and manual copying. Prices drift, so check each page before you decide.

💼 Futurehome.al scraper use cases

  • Real estate investors: compare pricePerM2 across Tirana neighborhoods and coastal cities.
  • Agents and brokers: watch new ads in a neighborhood with the only-new mode and send them to a CRM or spreadsheet.
  • Market researchers: track asking prices and ad counts by city with scheduled runs.

Use it from an AI agent (MCP)

Add the Actor to any MCP client (Claude, Cursor, VS Code) through the Apify MCP server: https://mcp.apify.com?tools=RecordsData/futurehome-scraper.

Tool description the agent sees: "Scrape futurehome.al, the Future Home real estate network in Albania. Returns sale and rent ads with price in EUR or Lek, area, bedrooms, coordinates, photos, agent and office, plus office and agent directories. Filters: operation, property type, city, neighborhood, bedrooms, bathrooms, price, area, keyword."

The Actor reads the public pages that futurehome.al shows to every visitor, without logging in, at a slow and steady pace. Private owners' names and phone numbers are not collected, and phone numbers or e-mail addresses typed into an ad description are removed from the text unless you turn on Include business contact data. Agent names, roles and offices are the attribution the agency itself publishes, and the business contacts of agents and offices are returned only on request. You are responsible for using the data in line with local law, the website's terms and data protection rules such as GDPR.

FAQ: Futurehome.al scraper questions and answers

Does the Futurehome.al scraper need a proxy or a futurehome.al account? No. It uses plain requests, needs no login and no API key, and has no captcha to solve. The site only slows each IP address down, so small runs go direct at a gentle pace and big runs move to the Apify datacenter proxy on their own.

How many listings does futurehome.al have? On 2026-10-11 the live site held about 6,930 ads: 5,913 for sale and 1,016 for rent, with 32 offices and 272 agents. For example 450 land plots and 428 villas were for sale. The numbers move every day, so schedule the Actor to follow them.

Can I get old or sold listings? No. The Actor returns the live catalog only, because the site removes sold ads. To keep a history of sold or removed ads, schedule a run every day or week and store the datasets. Use availability and publishedAt to see the status and age of each ad.

How do I filter by city or neighborhood? Type the places in Cities and Neighborhoods, for example Tirana or Blloku. Accents and capitals do not matter, and every spelling the site uses for a town is included (Durres and Durrës, Tirana and Tiranë). A part of a neighborhood name matches every neighborhood that contains it. In the output, city is written with one plain spelling per town (Durres, Tirana, Vlore) so you can group by it. You can also paste a futurehome.al search URL that already has the filters.

What currency are the prices in? Mostly euros. A few ads are priced in Lek only (currency is ALL), and some show both: then price is the euro amount and priceLek the Lek amount. Rents are monthly. Ads with a hidden price have priceOnRequest set to true.

Does it return phone numbers and e-mails? Not by default. Turn on Include business contact data to add the agent e-mail, phone and WhatsApp number, the office phone, and the phone numbers written in ad descriptions. These are business contacts that the agency publishes. Private owners' personal data is never collected.

Can I look up an ad by its reference code? Yes. Put codes such as UNA17267 or AREA75192 in Reference codes and each one returns the ad that carries it, for sale or rent. A code nobody uses returns one free error row, and you pay only for the ads that were found.

Why are some fields empty on a listing? Because the ad does not state them. Land and commercial ads have no bedrooms, and only some agents write the floor, year built or furnishing. Keep Fetch full ad details on (the default): the search list alone has no description, floor, coordinates, all photos or agent block.

How do I get only the new futurehome.al ads every day? Turn on Only new rows and schedule the Actor. It remembers the ads it already returned for the same search in a store of your own account and skips them, so each run returns just the new ads, and you are not charged for skipped rows. Use Forget previously seen rows to start over.

How do I get help or ask for a missing field? Write to contact.punkrecordsdata@gmail.com with the search you ran and the field you need. Bug reports with a run link are the fastest to fix. We read every message and usually answer within a few working days.
