Find insurance businesses on Google Maps, discover contact emails on their websites, and export business details, social links, and email-verification evidence for prospect research and CRM workflows. Email availability and mailbox confirmation vary by business.
Quick start
- Select a business category and one city or region.
- Start with a small sample and inspect the output before scaling.
- Use Full output to keep verification evidence, or choose HubSpot or Salesforce column names for import.
{"businessType": "Insurance Agency","location": "Chicago, IL","maxResults": 3,"enrichEmails": true,"verifyEmails": true,"enrichSocials": true,"outputFormat": "full"}
Supported categories: Insurance Agency, Insurance Agent, Auto Insurance Agency, Life Insurance Agency, Home Insurance Agency, Insurance Broker. To use a custom search phrase, select Custom and fill searchQuery. Each run accepts one location; run separate tasks for multiple regions and deduplicate using mapsUrl.
Output and email quality
Full output includes name, category, address, phone, website, mapsUrl, rating, reviewCount, email, emailVerified, emailDomainHasMx, emailVerificationStatus, emailVerificationNote, allEmails, and socialLinks. Missing website or contact fields can be empty. An output lead does not guarantee an email.
- emailDomainHasMx reports domain-level MX evidence. It does not verify a mailbox.
- emailVerified is true only when SMTP accepts the recipient and rejects a random address.
- SMTP timeouts, unavailable hosts, and catch-all responses remain unconfirmed. Read the status and note before using an address.
- No email message is sent during verification. There is no promised inbox rate or bounce rate.
CRM exports use CRM column names; use Full output when you need verification evidence. Examples describe the schema, not guaranteed results.
Pricing and cost control
The Pricing tab shows current event rates. A premium email event applies only to a lead with explicit SMTP confirmation. DNS-only, catch-all, and timeout results do not qualify. Base result and start events may also apply. Platform usage is charged separately under the current configuration. Total cost depends on output count, enabled enrichment, proxy usage, and runtime. Review the complete pricing table before running.
Use a small maxResults value and the Console maximum-cost and timeout controls for your first test. Disable email or social discovery when you only need Maps details. maxResults is an upper bound, not a result guarantee.
Reliability and recurring use
Maps feed and detail retries are bounded. Source blocks and unexplained extraction failures surface as errors instead of a misleading empty success. Explicit no-match searches can finish with zero results. Some optional business websites may reject requests; their unavailable fields remain empty.
Save a tested input as a task for repeat runs. Keep mapsUrl as a deduplication key when merging exports. For a problem report, include a shared run link, business category, location, expected result, and actual result. Do not include API tokens or proxy credentials.
If the Actor is useful, an honest review describing your use case helps other users evaluate it.

September 2026 update
Corrected verification semantics, separated domain and mailbox evidence, bounded Maps recovery, and added explicit run summaries and unusable-output errors.
