No, but if needed we can have a look and if possible, create a feature for your use case
What does your input look like, one specific post url and get people who commented / liked ?

The input would be a post, and the output should be a list of people who liked (handles or Insta links). No one has a service for this, so it would be a big deal. Right now the way to automate this is via client-side automation where you scroll through the likes window and it's a lot more involved.
Before you could get likers of others posts , but they have limited the list of likers to 100 , you can't scroll the list of likers to get all likers (unless you are the owner of the post)
If the limit is not problematic for your use case , we can have a look and implement a quick feature

Actor has been updated with a new feature to allow the listing of people who liked (input is a list of someone else posts url), with instagram limit of 100 likers per posts you are not the direct owner
