Frequently Asked Questions

Does this scraper cover all of SoundCloud or just one region? It covers SoundCloud globally. Search keywords return tracks from every country, and any public artist, track or playlist URL works regardless of region.

How many tracks can I get in one run? Set the Max Tracks field to any number. Search keywords can return thousands of tracks each, and an artist run walks the artist's full upload history page by page up to your cap.

Can I scrape a specific artist or playlist instead of searching? Yes. Paste artist profile URLs or plain usernames into the Artists field, and paste track or playlist (set) URLs into the Track / Playlist URLs field. Playlists are automatically expanded into their individual tracks.

Does it include play counts, likes and comments? Every track record carries live play, like, repost and comment counts, plus duration, genre, tags, artwork and the artist's follower and track totals.

What happens to tracks with no genre, tags or description? Those fields are returned empty when the artist did not set them on the track. All engagement counts and core fields are always populated.
