What it does

The actor reads the BORME (Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil), the official gazette of Spain's Mercantile Registry, for the publication date you request, and writes one normalized record per company act to the run's dataset. Each record carries the company name, the registry entry number, a parsed list of act types (acts), the single most important primaryAct, the full actText, the raw registry data string, the province, the BORME document id and a link to the source PDF.

Optional filters keep only acts from a given province or acts whose text contains a given term (for example Constitución for new incorporations, or Ampliación de capital for capital increases). BORME is published on business days only.

FAQ and troubleshooting

A run for a certain date returned nothing. Why? BORME is published on business days only. Weekends and Spanish public holidays have no edition. Pick a business day.

How do I get only new incorporations? Set actType to Constitución. For capital increases use Ampliación de capital, for appointments Nombramientos, for dissolutions Disolución.

Can I limit to one province? Yes. Set province to a name fragment such as MADRID or BARCELONA.

What is registryData? The raw registry reference string (sheet, page, entry and date) exactly as printed in the gazette. It is also embedded in actText.

Is this an official BORME tool? No. This actor is independent and has no affiliation with the BOE or the Spanish Mercantile Registry. It reads only publicly available gazette data. Use the results in accordance with the source's terms.
