Notes & limits

  • Public job-board data — no login, no personal data beyond what the company publishes. Review each ATS's terms; you're responsible for your use.
  • You supply the target list — this monitors the companies you care about (your ICP / account list), which is exactly how intent works.
  • SmartRecruiters returns up to the 100 most-recent postings per company (plenty for a freshness monitor; very large enterprise boards may have more).
  • Token discovery — the board token is the slug in the company's careers URL.

FAQ

How fresh is it? Postings carry their publish date; schedule the monitor daily and you'll catch new reqs within a day.

Will it double-alert? No — monitor mode remembers what it's seen (per target + filter scope) and emits each posting once.

Can I track a whole industry? Add every competitor / target account's board to companies. One run covers them all.

More ATS platforms? Recruitee, Workable, and Workday are planned — open an issue with the board you need.
