Turn Sortlist.com's ~90,000-agency directory into a clean, structured B2B lead list — the EU-heavy alternative to Clutch / DesignRush. Scrape the whole site or one service category and get each agency's website, LinkedIn, socials, full postal address, team size, services and ratings, ready for outreach or enrichment.

What you get

One row per agency, with the fields that make it a real lead:

  • Contact keyswebsite (real domain, e.g. https://2fellasmedia.com), linkedin, facebook, instagram, x, youtube, vimeo
  • Location — full address (street), city, country, googlePlaceId
  • FirmographicsteamSize, foundedYear, languages
  • Positioningservices (expertise tags), primaryService, tagline, description, logoUrl
  • SignalsreviewCount, averageRating, awardsCount, wonOpportunitiesCount, claimed, paidMember, trustedPartner
  • name, slug, sortlistUrl, scrapedAt

Use cases

  • Agency lead lists for SaaS / B2B outreach — feed website + LinkedIn into an email finder and pitch your tool to marketing, dev and design shops.
  • Market & competitor mapping — size up EU marketing and development agencies by service, city, team size and rating.
  • Enrichment seed — the website + LinkedIn are the join keys for downstream email/contact enrichment.
  • Clutch / DesignRush alternative coverage — Sortlist is EU-heavy, so it's net-new supply for the same buyer.

Input

  • Enumeration modesitemap (all ~90k English agencies) or category (walk one or more service listings).
  • Service categories — Sortlist expertise slugs, e.g. digital-marketing, seo, branding, website-creation (used when mode = category).
  • Start URLs (optional) — paste specific /agency/<slug> or category listing URLs to override the modes.
  • Country filter — keep only agencies whose office country matches (e.g. United States, United Kingdom, Germany). Empty = all.
  • Max agencies — cap the run for cost/speed.

Example input

{
"mode": "category",
"categorySlugs": ["digital-marketing", "seo"],
"countryFilter": ["United States", "United Kingdom"],
"maxAgencies": 500
}

A note on emails and phones (honest)

Sortlist does not publish agencies' email addresses or phone numbers on their profiles, so this actor does not claim to return them. What it returns instead are the enrichment keys you need to find them: the agency's website + LinkedIn + all social profiles + full postal address. Pair the output with an email-finder / enrichment step to get inboxes.

Pricing

Pay per result — $3.50 per 1,000 agencies. You're only charged for agencies actually scraped and delivered. A richer row than the Clutch lane (socials + street address + team size) at a lower per-lead price.

FAQ

  • Which geographies? Global, but EU-heavy — a strong complement to US-centric directories.
  • How fresh is the data? Live — every field is read from the agency's current Sortlist profile at scrape time (scrapedAt timestamps each row).
  • Is this legal? The actor reads only public agency profile pages (no login, no paywall). You are responsible for complying with Sortlist's Terms of Service and applicable data-protection law when you use the data.
  • Do I need a proxy? RESIDENTIAL is the default for clean, polite access; datacenter proxies also work.
