I can't download videos via my prod server.

When I try to download the videos from apify response I always get blocked, I get 403 code error everytime I try requesting the google videos links to save the videos in my DB. Do you have any idea why I face this problem and how can I fix it?

Hi! Two questions:

Does this issue only happen in your prod server or also if you open the video URL in your own device?
Could you please share one creative URL where this issue is happening for you?

Happening in prod server only (working on the device)
Creative URL example : any link that is not a Youtube (Mehdi, can you share a specific link ?)

Please try enabling the flag "Should download assets?" when calling the actor. If you are calling the scraper programmatically, then set the flag "shouldDownloadAssets" to "true".
