US Recalls in One Table: Food, Drugs, Devices, Products and Vehicles
Informational only. Not for navigation, safety, emergency, financial, medical, or legal decisions. Check the official source before you rely on it.
One run returns recent U.S. recalls from three federal sources in the same columns: food, drug and medical device recalls, consumer product recalls, and vehicle, equipment, tire and child seat recalls. Filter by days back and keyword. Schedule it for a daily or weekly recall feed.
What you get (one row per recall)
Source, category, recall id, date, title, product, firm, reason or hazard, FDA class or vehicle warning (do not drive, park outside), remedy, units affected, distribution or where sold, status, link to the official recall, plus self-check fields (qcStatus, qcNotes) and an error field. Every row has the same fields in the same order; missing values are null.
How to use (no code)
- Pick days back (default 14) and, if you want, a keyword.
- Turn sources on or off.
- Click Start. The default run takes a few seconds. Download as CSV, Excel or JSON.
Limits
FDA enforcement reports are published weekly, so food, drug and device recalls can lag by a week or more. Dates are the report or recall date each source publishes, which can differ from when a firm first acted. Meat, poultry and egg product recalls (USDA FSIS) are not included.
