❓ FAQ

How does it work?

You provide a URL. The scraper visits the page, analyzes the HTML to find signatures of known review apps (like "yotpo.js" or "loox.io"), and then automatically triggers the specific scraping logic for that platform.

What if a store uses a platform not listed here?

Currently, we support Yotpo, Loox, Okendo, and Judge.me. If a store uses a different platform (like Stamped.io or AliReviews), the scraper will let you know it couldn't detect a supported platform.

Can I scrape millions of reviews?

Yes! The scraper is optimized for scale and uses direct API calls where possible to be fast and lightweight.
