add get replies for each comment also add last cursor for this

hello add get replies to all comments. because i have alot of youtube videos that has gigantic amount of comments. also add start cursor to options so after a run and uexpectedly stopped it atleast it generates a alst cursor key and i dont have to redo it all over again. so the last curssor key can be input to statcursor so it just continues
