status message over a 5-day window, and nothing on the run card said whether
the FDA had been quiet or the feed had changed. A run that returns nothing now
distinguishes: fda.gov did not serve the feed; the feed's own envelope reports
letters in the index but not one row could be read out of it (our parser,
named as ours, never sold as a quiet month at the FDA); the feed reports no
letters at all; letters were read and none matches the window/programs/
keywords — and that verdict now cites the date of the most recent letter the
FDA has actually published, so it is checkable; the monitor seeded its
baseline; the monitor found nothing new.
- A run whose feed died partway through paging now says so instead of shipping a
partial sweep as a complete one, and the max-letters cap is named as a cap.
