Pricing

Phase 8.10 target pricing uses tiered PAY_PER_EVENT events:

• podcast-show-candidate: $0.015 per candidate show row
• podcast-fit-evidence: $0.20 per source-linked fit evidence row
• podcast-shortlist-export: $7.00 per generated shortlist export row

No-change runs must emit zero default dataset rows and zero billable events by default.
