Facebook Videos Scraper — Page Video List

The Actor lists the videos published by a public Facebook Page exactly as a logged-out visitor sees them on the Page's Videos tab. No Facebook account, login, or session cookie is used at any point.

Accepted input

page is required and accepts a list of Page usernames, numeric IDs, or full facebook.com/<page>/ URLs, one per line; duplicates are collapsed before any request is made. maxItems (default 50) bounds the number of records saved per Page; 0 continues until Facebook stops returning a next page.

{
"page": ["NASA", "https://www.facebook.com/unicef/"],
"maxItems": 100
}

Result fields

Each row carries page, id, url, and raw.

Facebook's logged-out video list is deliberately sparse: each entry it returns is the video's ID and its owner, and nothing more. Titles, publish dates, durations and thumbnails are not present in that response at any depth, so this Actor does not claim them rather than emitting columns that would always be empty. url is composed from the ID and opens the video directly.

The example below illustrates field shapes; it is not captured from a live run.

{
"page": "NASA",
"id": "894001234567890",
"url": "https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=894001234567890"
}

If you need a video's title, description or view count, open the url — those details live on the video's own page, not in the list that enumerates them.

Behaviour on partial results

Each Page's list is a separate paginated series of requests. A Page that cannot be resolved — because the username or ID does not exist, or the Page is not public — is logged as a warning and skipped, and the run continues with the rest of the list.

Public, logged-out data only

Everything returned here is visible on the Page's own Videos tab to somebody who is not signed in. Videos a Page restricts to logged-in visitors are not returned.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't a row carry a title, date, or duration? Facebook's logged-out video list does not include them — the ID and owner are the only fields it exposes for each entry, verified against live responses. This is not the Actor omitting fields it could otherwise return; those fields do not exist in that response.

Can videos and photo albums be collected in the same run? Not from this Actor: it covers videos only. Use the Facebook Photo Albums Scraper for a Page's albums.

Is a Facebook account or login required? No. Only the Videos tab that Facebook already shows to a logged-out visitor is read.

What this is useful for

Archiving a Page's video library outside Facebook's own retention; monitoring a competitor's or partner's video publishing cadence; and building an inventory of watch links to feed into a separate download or review workflow.
