Find companies that are actively hiring, score how urgently they need people, and get the decision maker's name and email — all in one click.


What It Does

  1. Scrapes real job boards (Greenhouse, Ashby, Workable) for open positions
  2. Filters to US-based roles only
  3. Scores each company's hiring urgency from 0-100
  4. Finds the VP of Engineering / CTO / Head of Recruiting with a verified email (via Apollo)
  5. Outputs everything as a clean dataset you can export to CSV, JSON, or connect to your CRM

Quick Start (3 Steps)

Step 1: Paste your Apollo API key

Put your Apollo.io API key in the first field. This unlocks decision maker contacts, company size, and revenue data. No key? The scraper still works — you just won't get contact info.

Step 2: Set your filters

  • Role: Type the role you're looking for (e.g. "AI Engineer", "Sales", "Product Manager")
  • Industry: Type one or more industries separated by commas (e.g. "AI, Fintech")
  • Company Size: Pick a range from the dropdown
  • Leave anything blank to skip that filter

Step 3: Click Start

Results appear in the Dataset tab. Export as CSV or JSON.

How Scoring Works

Companies are scored 0-100 based on:

  • Number of open roles
  • How many departments are hiring
  • How many US locations they're hiring in
  • How many roles match your target keywords
  • Whether the same job title is posted multiple times (urgency signal)
  • Hiring-to-headcount ratio (if Apollo data is available)

High (75-100): Company is aggressively hiring. Strong demand signal. Medium (50-74): Active hiring. Worth reaching out. Low (0-49): Some hiring activity. Lower priority.


Tips

  • Save Apollo credits: Set "Enrichment Score Threshold" to 50+ so you only spend credits on companies with real hiring urgency
  • Cap results: Set "Max Results" to 10 or 25 to get only the top companies by score
  • Add your own companies: Edit the Company List JSON. You just need {"name": "Company Name"} at minimum
  • Auto-discover companies: Set "Where to Find Companies" to "b" or "both" to find companies from RemoteOK, Jobicy, and Y Combinator
  • Schedule daily runs: Go to Schedules tab and set a cron — fresh data every morning
