I have tried several times to crawl a page respecting the URL format but it does not work.

Check the log for the details of the URL and error.

Hi! You are right, this particular restaurant URL (https://www.ubereats.com/store/nachos-mexican-food-aix-en-provence/0xoRxxhlUTCkHl3fk1OQvw) doesn't work. It is probably because it doesn't have any reviews. I tested it with other restaurant and it worked well. Anyways, this is not the best experience, so we will find a new way to handle cases when there are no reviews. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Hi tri_angle, thanks for your reactivity and reply ;) A bit strange because there are many reviews for this restaurant (one of our clients'). Can you double-check and see if there's a case behind this where it is not possible yet for you to get the last reviews ?

Hi, I see ratings, but not reviews for the restaurant. I tested it with this restaurant https://www.ubereats.com/store/tikkas-%26-takkos/h3NmMkfMWxmaXl6z2DpvNA Which has 1 review and it was scraped. The reviews should be between the offer items and the FAQ sections. It is possible that you get a different layout displayed, could you please send me a screenshot with the reviews for your restaurant? I will attach it to the report for the developer who is assigned to fix it. Thank you!

Hello! This issue was fixed, now the scraper doesn't crash and reports that no reviews were found in the logs.
