A task is usually used to trigger different runs on a schedule. Each run will have its results and log for the run. If you go to the run you see the run id in the details. Please share the run ID so I can see your issues.

I have put it into make.com and it is unable to pick connect with it therefore i thought the problem maybe with this app. i will check again with make.com why its not able to connect to it.
You can check Apify's documentation on how to use integrations but since is not an issue with the actor I will close the issue.
