The actor keeps failing and returning 0 records, I tried running 4 times. Error said problem with security question, but answer submitted is correct (used in the past and tested on the website).
According to your run, the password was incorrect. Check if you are able to log in manually to Upwork and confirm your password. I tested the same start URL using my credential and got the results with no problems.
