Snapchat Public Profile Scraper turns exact public Snapchat handles into structured profile snapshots for monitoring, research, and creator watchlists. Supply one to twenty handles such as nasa, or canonical URLs such as https://www.snapchat.com/@nasa, and receive one current source-verified row per useful public profile. It uses the public first-party profile page without login.
A real source observation for nasa returned profile ID cb983b26-c537-474b-9699-065309205ea2, display name NASA, the public bio, subscriber count 759800, an HTTPS avatar, and raw badge value 1. The source does not define that badge's meaning, so verified is null rather than an inferred boolean. Each row records observedAt, profileURL, and the exact sourceURL, making repeated runs useful for subscriber-count tracking, profile QA, and changes to names, biographies, avatars, or badges.
Results cost $0.002 per delivered profile on the Free tier, with lower published tier prices of $0.0018, $0.0016, and $0.0014. There is no Actor-start or diagnostic charge. A failed source request, rejected identity, or profile without useful source fields produces no paid row. Set Max total charge to cap delivery before collection.
The Actor reads only the current public profile snapshot. It does not provide private accounts, stories, Spotlight videos, historical archives, search, discovery, or follower lists. A run accepts at most 20 profiles, fetches one bounded page per profile, never follows redirects, and ends within a shared 110-second runtime limit.
Input
{"profiles":["nasa","lacma","https://www.snapchat.com/@whitehouse"],"maxItems":3}
Output
{"schemaVersion":"1.0","recordType":"snapchat_public_profile","profileId":"cb983b26-c537-474b-9699-065309205ea2","username":"nasa","displayName":"NASA","bio":"Explore the universe and discover our home planet with official NASA snaps.","subscriberCount":759800,"avatar":"https://cf-st.sc-cdn.net/...","badge":1,"verified":null,"profileURL":"https://www.snapchat.com/@nasa","sourceURL":"https://www.snapchat.com/@nasa","observedAt":"2026-09-12T11:51:37.000Z"}
Use the Dataset for rows and the OUTPUT key-value record for coverage, outcome, confirmed billing events, and a bounded snapshot. Schedule the repeat snapshot task to compare observations in your own downstream system.
