I have tested 3 websites, all of which have an email address on the page, but it can only find 1 email

I went to https://www.wolfcamper.com/da/ and looked for an email but couldn't see one. What is the email you see ? are you sure it's on this page ?

I found out what you is happening : You need to let you bot browse other pages from the website you listed. When you say "maximum link depth" = 0, you force him to only look at the exact link that you listed. If you allow more depth, you will let your bot explore other pages. In your case, the email you mention is on "https://www.wolfcamper.com/da/kontakt-os/" but since you lonly list "https://www.wolfcamper.com/" in the Start URL, the bot cannot reach this page. Increase to this number to 5 if you want the bot to explore more deeply. Does it work better ?

Thanks for your message. I found out another reason you encounter this situation. It's simply because you set a maximum of 10 pages in total for you bot. What happens is that after 10 pages, the bot will simply stop, even though he could fetch more pages without this limit. In you case, there are 1200 other URLs the bot wants to fetch but it only fetches 10 because of your limit. Why so many URLs ? it looks like "http://garderobenmors.dk/" has many many links in it.... You can have a look at "request queue" if you want to see all the links.
Another solution for you could be to limit the "maximum pages per start URL" to 1 in order to avoid one website to be the only one that the bot will fetch data from.

It depends of your goals, and budget of course. In your case, because you look like you want to fetch all email/phones possible, and looking at the 1200 enqueued request from "http://garderobenmors.dk", I can recommend : "maxDepth": 1, "maxRequests": 3000, "maxRequestsPerStartUrl": 1200,
