I have another question about hashtag crawling

"https://instagram.com/tags/apple" The hashtag above works fine.
If apple is not in english but in Korean(사과), If I encode "사과" and input "https://instagram.com/tags/%EC%82%AC%EA%B3%BC" I get a "C002" error and it isnot collected

Why do I have url results but they are not being crawled?
The first run id has no results at all "t0QCPLkMFlfRSpRFa"
The second run id has only 6 results "iIZoyBgFRn5QiwsCd"
