Actor returns 10 “NoResult” errors despite successful response and still charges usage
Closed
I’m seeing that every call to the actor reports a successful response with 10 items returned, but each item contains an error: "NoResult", and I’m still being billed for the request. It looks like the service is effectively unusable.

Hello,
If you are on a free plan, you will receive demo objects alongside with the real ones which is explained in the documentation here https://apify.com/apidojo/tweet-scraper#free-users
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you won't receive any demo objects.
Cheers

Thanks for the quick response. However, I’m already on a paid plan.

Hello again,
Can you please share a run ID so we can investigate the issue?
Cheers

Hello,
Seems like you were rate-limited by the actor because you were violating the terms https://apify.com/apidojo/tweet-scraper#important-note by using maxItems 10.
Please check the Log
tab to learn more and switch to Twitter Scraper Unlimited (https://apify.com/apidojo/twitter-scraper-lite) for an unlimited experience.
I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.
Cheers

Hello,
Could you clarify when this term was introduced? As of May 19, 2025, I reviewed the documentation and did not see any restriction on using maxItems: 10. It appears this policy was added afterward—can you point me to the exact date and changelog entry for this update?

Hello,
These terms were there since we first published the actor, there was no changes after that. You can verify that by checking the old issues.
For example, this issue https://apify.com/apidojo/tweet-scraper/issues/rate-limited-wBjzQLWnxxG7TpY5b is 6 months old and as you can see (I am attaching a screenshot as well), we've mentioned the min 50 tweets rule in our message as well.
You may have overlooked the corresponding section but no worries! Our Unlimited actor is using the same input and output structure, you can just change the actor ID and continue scraping tweets!
Cheers
