Forbidden usage (within_time)

Hi, recently I have this issue after hundreds of successful run
from the log file, it said the following "ERROR Usage of since_time, until_time, since_id, max_id and within_time is forbidden. Either reach out to support or adjust your queries."" removing within_time:x from the query works fine, but it is not what I wanted for the results
And before above error, I also saw a run error which contains the following "ApifyClient: API request failed 4 times. Max attempts: 9." and it continues with 503 Service Unavailable
is this a new restriction, or I did something wrong? if it's a restriction, may I know more about the limitation/restriction with this actor?

having the same issue here. this restriction makes this actor useless for me. max_id is the way I fix the problem of having duplicated results.

Those filters are removed to prevent monitoring activites. We don't allow monitoring activites on our actor, it's purpose is to scrape historical data not fetch real-time information like an API. What is your usecase? Can you let me know the logic you've implemented?
