But I received tweets from before the Start Date (see attachment).

If you want to fetch the tweets of a profile with a date, you need to use Twitter queries. twitterHandles and start/end filters don't work together. Please refer to the examples in our readme file https://apify.com/apidojo/tweet-scraper#fetching-the-tweets-of-a-profile
