When I run the actor, the post has 51 likes but the actor only collects 19, and I need all. We are interested in using actors for Instagram, FB, TikTok and X, but before we invest money I want to make sure we can get the correct data. Thanks for your time. Best Regards Paulo Alexandre
In the description this actor says that he collects (like, love, care, sad, angry, laugh), but in my case I am only able to collect likes? am I doing something wrong?
Hi, I'm sorry about the missing data, it might be because the Actor doesn't scrape what's behind login, only what's publicly available. It doesn't explain your second question though, I've reported it to the team and we'll let you know.

- The current limitation of Facebook is currently only 19 reactions of each type (like, love, care, sad, angry, laugh), the reason really was that the Actor can't scrape what's behind login - only what the users decide to share publicly. So the number the Actor can get depends on that I'm afraid.
- The likes only was a bug, we have fixed it and now it's getting all of the types of reactions - you can see a sample run here: https://console.apify.com/view/runs/xiQNk6FNaO08kqrl6 Hope this helps. I'm going to close the issue for now, but if anything else comes up, feel free to ask.
