it keeps skipping some facebook urls randomily

It keeps skipping some existing facebook urls randomily. I have a dataset of 10,000 facebook urls and had to do 6 runs to collect most of the data, but not all, Please provide better proxies or give different options to choose better proxies if needed.
Hi! Shared run link is broken, I see your latest run https://console.apify.com/view/runs/xYqMA2oXJcAL4pzAf for 10k URLs aborted because "platform reached the maximum usage for the given billing cycle" Later runs done as expected but all of them was for less than 10k of URLs. Skipped URLs like in latest https://console.apify.com/view/runs/00gbsrtebebUP7yn9 is when data not available, i.e. https://www.facebook.com/LeviKilungulungu.1994 is not available without login, so can not be scraped.
Please let us know if you have direct example when URL is available without FB login but was skipped. Otherwise actor works as expected.
