Runs are working for max_employees 20 but not 100+

I'm trying to pull all employees of a company but the actor seems to be timing out. I can get to to pull 20 records, but when I put in max 100 or more it says its successful but returns zero records. It seems to time out at around 2 mins and 10 seconds regardless of the max # set.
