YouTube Channel Email Scraper — Creator Contacts & API

Find publicly discoverable YouTube creator emails, channel identity, subscriber estimates and social links. Use channel handles, channel IDs, channel/video URLs or bounded keyword discovery. No Google login or YouTube API key is required.

Public creator-contact research for partnership teams

Use this YouTube channel email scraper to assemble a reviewable creator shortlist from known channels or a bounded discovery sample. It can provide publicly discoverable emails, channel identity, public links and subscriber estimates where available. It does not unlock YouTube's protected business-email reveal, verify a mailbox or send a sponsorship message.

WorkflowUseful fieldsQualification needed
Enrich a known creator listchannelId, channelName, channelUrl and public contactsConfirm the resolved channel identity
Build an email-bearing shortlistemails, hasEmail, primaryEmailDiscovery is not deliverability or ownership verification
Filter a research listminSubscribers, emailDomains, onlyWithEmailA filter can exclude otherwise useful profiles
Resolve a video ownerPrimary channel identity from a supported video URLRecommended channels/videos are not the input's owner
Export research to a CRMSource context, missing fields and observedAtCollection time is not independently verified freshness

Choose whether you need a general channel profile or an email-bearing result. A successfully delivered profile can be billed even when it has no email, unless onlyWithEmail excludes it. A contact list is research input; it does not establish permission to message its entries.

Quick start

{"channels":["@mkbhd"],"onlyWithEmail":true,"maxConcurrency":1}

Review Dataset, SUMMARY and ERRORS before exporting JSON, CSV or Excel. Console prefill supplies a small example; an empty API input {} deliberately returns no profiles and creates no result event. Some creators expose no discoverable email. Start with a small list to assess coverage.

Inputs and filters

InputPurpose
channelsUp to 5,000 channel URLs, @handles, bare handles, UC channel IDs, or YouTube/video/Shorts/live URLs
searchQueriesUp to 50 keywords; first public channel-search response only
maxChannelsPerQuery1–50 channel results per query; default 10; no pagination or complete niche coverage
onlyWithEmailDeliver profiles only when an email remains after filtering
minSubscribersMinimum public subscriber estimate
emailDomainsKeep matching email domains; combine with onlyWithEmail to exclude profiles with no matching email
onlyBusinessEmailRemove common generic role mailboxes using a heuristic; no mailbox verification
enrichFromLinksAttempt bounded discovery on public linked websites
useDeepLookupAttempt bounded additional contact lookup; may return no email
preciseSubscribersAttempt additional estimation; fall back to the public rounded count
extractRecentVideosLegacy compatibility flag; the current parser does not collect recent-video activity
maxConcurrency / timeoutParallel channels / source timeout; start with concurrency 1–2

Only YouTube and youtu.be URLs are accepted; credentialed, private and lookalike URLs are rejected. Tracking parameters and channel tabs are stripped. Canonical duplicate inputs are processed once. Distinct aliases resolving to the same channel are not guaranteed to collapse. A video is resolved only through its primary video owner; recommended videos/channels are excluded. Keyword search is a bounded discovery response, not an official ranking.

Output and run status

Successful Dataset rows include success, channelId, channelName, channelUrl, subscriber estimates, emails, primaryEmail, hasEmail, public links and available About metadata. identityValidated checks the source's primary channel identity; explicit UC IDs must match. observedAt is the retrieval time; freshnessVerified is false because source freshness is not independently verified.

Dataset can also contain free processing-error rows (success: false). Filter those out of contact exports. SUMMARY reports requested, duplicate and rejected inputs, discovered channels, delivered profiles, filtered rows, failures, completeness and status. ERRORS reports rejected inputs and discovery failures; channel-processing failures remain in Dataset. partial, no_data or empty_or_source_unavailable must be reviewed even if the run says SUCCEEDED. Source-unavailable search is not proof of zero matching channels.

Emails are discovered contacts; mailbox ownership, delivery and freshness are not verified. Missing About values can be absent, empty or zero. Additional contact sources can time out while available channel data is retained. Empty recent-video/activity fields do not mean verified zero activity. Subscriber counts can be rounded or cached.

Pricing

Free $5 per 1,000 primary result events; paid plans $3 per 1,000 primary result events. Separately paid platform resources are active. Existing start/add-on events and result eligibility rules below still apply. Rates verified on 20 October 2026.

One successfully delivered channel profile creates one result event, regardless of how many emails it contains. Profiles without email are charged unless onlyWithEmail excludes them. Invalid inputs, processing-error rows and profiles removed by filters create no result events. There is no start event. Check the live Pricing tab for your tier and current resource terms. Resource usage can apply even when no profile is returned.

API and MCP with AI agents

Permanent Actor ID: 7iCrjW8fqMgA950VB. Store name: apivault_labs/youtube-channel-business-email-scraper.

curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/7iCrjW8fqMgA950VB/runs" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $APIFY_TOKEN" -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"channels":["@mkbhd"],"onlyWithEmail":true,"maxConcurrency":1}'

Poll the returned run ID, then use defaultDatasetId and defaultKeyValueStoreId to read Dataset, SUMMARY and ERRORS. Run creation is asynchronous. See the Actor API.

In hosted Apify MCP, discover the tool apivault_labs--youtube-channel-business-email-scraper. Example agent request: “Look up @mkbhd with onlyWithEmail=true and maxConcurrency=1. Wait for completion, read Dataset, SUMMARY and ERRORS, and report available creator contacts with channel identity and missing-data limitations.” Use get-dataset-items and get-key-value-store-record for readback. API and MCP require Apify authentication. Always check completeness, success and available fields before using a contact list for influencer research, sponsorship prospecting or creator outreach.

Data availability

Channel identity and subscriber counts are read from the requested channel. Rounded counts are estimates; exact counts depend on source availability. Missing About fields remain empty or zero. Recommended channels and videos are excluded. Public email discovery does not verify mailbox deliverability and some channels expose no public email. Optional email enrichment has a time limit; available channel data is returned if enrichment times out.

Creator research with clear filter intent

Begin with one known channel. Keep optional enrichment small and inspect identity and available email sources before adding a list of creators. The following are small inputs for the current schema, not promises of an email on every example channel.

Inspect a known channel without extra contact lookup

{
"channels": [
"@mkbhd"
],
"onlyWithEmail": false,
"enrichFromLinks": false,
"useDeepLookup": false,
"preciseSubscribers": false,
"maxConcurrency": 1,
"timeout": 25
}

This is a useful first identity/profile check. If no public email is observed, the profile may still be delivered and charged. Subscriber values can be rounded; disabling additional estimation does not change the source’s own rounding.

Keep only profiles with a discovered email

{
"channels": [
"@mkbhd"
],
"onlyWithEmail": true,
"enrichFromLinks": true,
"useDeepLookup": false,
"maxConcurrency": 1,
"timeout": 30
}

Linked-site enrichment is attempted within its limits and can add no contact. The email-bearing filter can yield no profile and no result event. Compute/network usage still applies, and the Actor does not verify delivery or send a test email.

Create a small keyword-discovery sample

{
"channels": [],
"searchQueries": [
"technology reviews"
],
"maxChannelsPerQuery": 3,
"onlyWithEmail": false,
"enrichFromLinks": false,
"useDeepLookup": false,
"preciseSubscribers": false,
"maxConcurrency": 1
}

This uses the first public channel-search response only. It is neither an official ranking nor complete niche discovery. Inspect SUMMARY/ERRORS if discovery is unavailable instead of interpreting an empty result as no relevant creators.

Apply a minimum subscriber estimate

{
"channels": [
"@mkbhd"
],
"minSubscribers": 10000,
"onlyWithEmail": false,
"enrichFromLinks": false,
"useDeepLookup": false,
"preciseSubscribers": false,
"maxConcurrency": 1
}

The bound applies to an available source estimate. It does not establish engagement, audience quality or sponsorship value. A creator excluded by a filter is not necessarily an unavailable or invalid channel.

Prepare a useful creator-contact worksheet

Retain channelId and channelUrl as identity, then store the requested handle/URL and collection time in your own destination. Different aliases that resolve to one channel are not guaranteed to merge across all input forms. Review identity before counting them as distinct creators or paying for a repeated enrichment list.

Keep all discovered emails and their available source context rather than treating primaryEmail as a verified best contact. onlyBusinessEmail is a heuristic that removes common generic role mailboxes; its name is not a certification of business identity. Domain filtering examines the email's domain, not the legal owner of the channel. A linked website or social account is an observed link, not independent verification that every contact belongs to the creator.

Filter Dataset error rows with success=false out of contact exports. Those processing-error rows are free and must not be counted as delivered paid channel profiles. Read SUMMARY for delivered, filtered and failed totals, and ERRORS for rejected/discovery inputs. A successful run can still be partial. An empty recent-video field is unsupported/unknown in the current About parser, not evidence that the creator has no recent uploads.

For repeat observations, save dated profiles in your own system and compare the same channel IDs. This Actor does not maintain a persistent contact-change history or guarantee current subscriber counts. Missing About fields can be empty, null or legacy zero values, so keep the documented source limitations before calculating activity or engagement scores.

YouTube channel email API questions

Does it bypass the protected business-email reveal? No such capability is promised. Emails are discovered from accessible public information and optional bounded sources. A channel can expose no discoverable email even when a business-email button exists for logged-in users.

What does one result event mean? One delivered successful channel profile, regardless of email count. FREE is $0.005 per profile and paid tiers are $0.003. There is no start event. One paid-tier profile therefore has $0.003 in result fees before separately paid usage; three emails in that row are not three result events.

Why did I pay for a profile without email? Unless onlyWithEmail is true, an available useful channel profile is the result. Set the filter when an email-bearing output is required, and inspect filtered/failed counts before treating a missing row as a failed channel lookup.

Can I collect every creator for a query? No search pagination or full-niche coverage is implemented. maxChannelsPerQuery caps the first discovery response. It does not promise that the requested number of distinct suitable channels exists or is accessible.

Are subscriber and outreach scores exact? Subscriber counts can be rounded/cached, and heuristic scores do not verify influence, engagement, buying intent or suitability. Do not present missing activity fields as measured zeros or estimates as audited channel statistics.

Can an agent or n8n workflow use the export? Use the existing links below or the Actor API/MCP path, poll the returned run ID and read its actual Dataset and diagnostics. Store credentials in the client and keep raw contact exports private. None of these collection examples contacts a creator or sends outreach.
