I was testing this actor and didn't realize the prices were per event basis. As I was testing the actor, I set a maximum of 20 results....

I think you should check with Apify. There are two sources of collection on Apify: the actor's subscription and platform usage. Each actor execution generates costs in addition to the subscription.
