watch — registry-event alerts ⭐

Poll a list of companies on a schedule. Emits registry_event rows for filings newer than your last known date — director changes, capital changes, address changes, liquidations, insolvencies. Pass knownLastEvents to dedupe; on first run it emits each company's newest event as a baseline so you can verify wiring.

• No login, no API key — works from Apify datacenter IPs; proxy optional.
