Subito.it Monitor — Italy's Biggest Classifieds, on Alert

Monitor subito.it — new ads with real timestamps, prices, city/region, private-vs-company seller flag, shipping availability, and structured per-category features — sorted newest-first, plus a watch mode built for scheduled new-ad alerts. No login, no API key.

Italy's #1 marketplace: cars, motorbikes, property, phones, jobs. Flippers, car dealers, letting agents and resellers all want first-seen alerts on their keywords — especially in motori and immobili, where the fastest caller wins the deal.

What you can do

Mode	What it does	Best for
search	Ads by keyword + category/region or a pasted search URL — price, timestamp, location, seller type, shipping	Market scans, price research
watch	Sweeps a list of queries/URLs each run, emitting ad_snapshot rows newest-first	Scheduled new-ad alerts

FAQ

Do I need an account? No — this uses the public search surface, no login.

How do filters work? Two ways: paste any subito.it/annunci-... URL (price range, city, ad-type and attribute filters carry over verbatim), or use query + category + region shortcuts (usato = all used, auto, motori, telefonia, immobili; italia, lombardia, lazio...).

Private vs dealer? isCompany flags company/pro sellers; sellerId + sellerName included when shown.

Does it have real timestamps? Yes — Subito exposes exact post times (postedAt ISO, Europe/Rome), unlike most classifieds. adId is unique for dedup.

How do I catch new ads? Keep seen adIds and alert on first-seen. watch + Apify Schedules + webhook = a real alert loop.

Is it legal? We collect only publicly accessible listings. Respect subito.it's Terms of Service and applicable rules (GDPR applies to personal data in ads — use responsibly).
