The error is indeed unclear and comes directly from Tripadvisor. It's fixed now, however you can't use an exact address.
If you go on their website and search the same, you'll get a single restaurant; if you try "london lower clapton" on the website, also one hit.
The present actor is for searching restaurants around a geo location, and will mimic the website in that regards.
Tripadvisor really only works with cities, districts, and equivalent.
If you're looking for data about a specific location, you probably want to use "canadesk/tripadvisor-reviews" instead, with the direct URL:
https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g186338-d25091288-Reviews-Mambow-London_England.html
It will give you details about the locations, the reviews and the AI summary when supported.

PS. We just added a new process "Free search". It doesn't support filters and will return direct results for the query.

However, as you can see, their website returns restaurants in other countries too.
