Collect public channel, video, playlist and search data from YouTube. Enter one URL or keyword, or submit a list.
Features
| Process | What you get |
|---|---|
| Channel profiles and tabs | Available profiles, featured videos, videos, Shorts, streams, playlists and podcasts |
| Community posts | Available posts and engagement counts |
| Videos | Available titles, descriptions, views, likes, publication dates and comments |
| Lists | Videos from a playlist or podcast URL |
| Search | Matches using supported video, channel, playlist, date and feature filters |
Coverage depends on the selected process and public response. Choose a channel tab URL to collect that tab, or a channel homepage for its profile.
Quick start
{"process": "gct","query": "https://www.youtube.com/@Apify/videos","maximum": 10,"mode": "light","proxy": { "useApifyProxy": false }}
For multiple inputs, use queries with a list of URLs or search terms. The same process and options apply to every input. Multiple-input results include query and data so each result can be traced to its input.
Options
Use Full mode to add available video and playlist details. Set Comments per video to limit comments, or to 0 to skip them. Maximum results limits each search, tab or playlist.
Sort supported channel tabs by latest, oldest or popular. Comment sorting applies to the collected sample. Date filters accept ["2026-01-01", "2026-12-31"]; either bound can be empty. Publication dates derived from labels such as “2 weeks ago” are approximate; the original label is retained.
Missing tabs, private videos and disabled comments may return fewer results. Export your dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or connect it to your workflow using the Apify API.
Pay-per-event billing
Each valid pay-per-event run with at least one input includes a minimum charge of 100 result units, shared across all inputs in that run. Any placeholder rows are clearly marked and contain no scraped data; filter them out when exporting. Each separate run has its own minimum, including scheduled or API runs. Platform usage is included.
Unsuccessful lookups
Where listed in the Pricing tab, a handled lookup problem that prevents a run from returning any real results produces one clear error record and a single $0.02 unsuccessful-lookup fee, in addition to any listed start fee.
