Costs for video info and comment info
For 2,000 videos, the breakdown of costs is as follows: Actor Price: $210.75 Data Transfer: $1.60 Storage: $25.30 Total: $237.65 This estimate is based on our previous bill where we scraped 500 videos. Please let me know if this estimate looks correct. I also wanted to know if Compute units cost is part of actor price or is it separate.

I'm not sure I entirely understand your estimations? This is a scraper for comments, so by videos you mean comments or videos with x comments? How many comments are we talking about in that case?
Also the pricing here is really simple - you simply pay $1.00 / 1,000 comments (fractionally too of course per singular comment) + storage costs. You are probably confusing the price with what is being displayed in the API fields, which is a rough estimate of the raw cost of the run.
