I recently extracted data for approximately 12,500 entries, but I received only 9,762 valid emails. However, I’ve been charged as if all 12,500 emails were successfully delivered.

Could you please review this and clarify the discrepancy? I’d appreciate it if you could adjust the billing accordingly.
