G2 Reviews Scraper

G2 Reviews Scraper collects publicly available software reviews from G2 product pages. Choose product review pages or search for a product, then view the matching review information in an Apify dataset. Each result reflects the review details that are publicly displayed for that product.

What can you learn from G2 reviews?

Use the dataset to compare public product feedback, review ratings, and customer-reported pros and cons. A result can include a review title and text, rating, review date, product name, reviewer role or company segment, and a link to the review. Product ratings, categories, and other details may also be available. Fields vary by review and are omitted when they are not shown on the page.

How to scrape G2 reviews

1. Open the Actor's Input tab and choose Product URLs or Product search.
2. Add up to five G2 product review URLs, or enter the product name to search for.
3. Set the maximum number of reviews and pages. Optional filters can narrow results by rating, reviewer role, industry, segment, or other review labels.
4. Choose whether to include full review details, ratings, and publicly displayed images.
5. Select Start, then open the run's dataset to review or download the results.

For product search, set mode to search and enter a searchQuery instead of productUrls. The page and item limits help keep each collection focused.
