Missing data from scrape compared to sample data

I see this question has been asked before but it did not solve my issue. I'm looking specifically for the "short_description" field and it's not showing up when I scrape data. What am I doing wrong? I've played with all the "Scraping options" and nothing has changed. I even used the same company as shown in the sample data. Any help is much appreciated!

Just an update on the issue. Somehow I had a scrape today that returned the full scrape, but then I did another and it did not return the description.
