I might have missed something, but I haven't been able to find a way to filter the results by country or language.

My question isn’t tied to a specific run — it’s more about a general limitation I’ve noticed. I haven’t found a way to filter results by country or language, which would be incredibly helpful for my use case. Everything is working great overall, but having this filtering option would make the tool significantly more powerful for me.
