- How the account was created: Purchased, Manually created
- Age of telegram account
- Was the account being used regularly recently
- Did you use a proxy? If yes - Which service and type of the proxy used

Account was manually created, 6 months old. Regularly used and no proxy
Okay since this actor is used by many other users, the ip might have bad reputation. Using a socks5 proxy will reduce chances of block.
But several other things matter too such as
- Many users you've added to your group found it as spam and reported it / blocked you
