Only Crawls a Few Words for Post Descriptions

Hey, I must say I am very happy with your services. The only reason I might have to move on from your services, unfortunately, is that the post descriptions/ captions that are crawled only show a few words. Here is an example:

Nov 27, 2023 ... ... Food Sovereignty and looking at what it means to be engaging in ... email us at farm.committee@gmail.com. #uoft #uoftstudentlife ..."

The ellipses cut off most of the useful context from the caption, making it hard to understand what the post is really about. It’s especially tricky when we’re trying to assess relevance or gather nuanced insights from users in the farming and sustainability space. Is there a way to improve the amount of caption data that’s returned? Ideally, we’d love access to the full text or a larger snippet to get a better sense of each post. I really value what your platform brings to the table—if there’s a workaround or upgrade that could help with this, I’d be eager to explore it before considering any switch.

Thank you again for all your help!

If you want to know more context from caption, you can click the links from the social media because our scraper data source comes from social media [image: image.png]

Yea of course, but other scrapers on apify are able to scrape the full caption... but it's okay, have a good day!
