I did this try for products in mexico, but the format of the date and score would need to be cleaned, nothing that can't be done by code, but would better to have it standard for any kind of domain.
example Revisado en México el 23 de febrero de 2025 5.0 de 5 estrellas I would prefer 2025/02/23 and 5.0
