• Why am I stuck at 100 reviews? Amazon now limits general searches to 10 pages, with 10 reviews each. To fetch more reviews, consider adding general keywords to your search to bypass this limitation.

• So how to scrape more than 100 reviews? Turn on Find More Reviews (Filter Combinations) and the scraper does it for you: it searches the same product once per star rating, once for verified-purchase-only reviews, in both sort orders, and then again with words mined from the reviews it has already found, merging and de-duplicating everything it collects. Each of those searches is its own 100-review window, so a product with plenty of reviews typically yields several hundred.

  You can still add your own keywords under Extra Search Keywords to widen the net further.

• Only a handful of reviews came back — is the product really that small? No, and the run tells you when this happens. For some products and marketplaces Amazon returns only a short list of top reviews regardless of your filters. When the scraper detects that, the run's status message says so and reports the product's total number of ratings — for example "Stored 8 reviews — COM is returning a limited review list (this product has 92,265 ratings), so this is a partial result". So a short result is never silently passed off as a complete one. Trying another marketplace, or the same one again later, usually returns the full list.
