Getting more timeouts while getting 4 recent days

hey, I've been getting timeouts on some saved tasks, getting 4 recent days, sometimes they work without issues in 1 hour, sometimes they timeout in 3 hours, not sure what could be the issue, here are some of the ones that failed today:

I'm triggering the schedules at the same time (8k products), not sure if that could be an issue for the actor?

Hi, I’ve optimized the Actor and you can try running it again.

Here are two reminders:

1、It’s recommended to run no more than 800 products at a time.

2、Some of the links you provided are in this format: https://www.amazon.com/DP/B000052WN3. It’s better to convert them to https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000052WN3 (with lowercase "dp"), otherwise they may fail to be parsed. I’ll improve this in the future when I have time.

when you say no more than 800 at a time, you mean per single Run+Task (I have around 500 per task)? or per "all" runs (all tasks around 8k products)?

ok, i see, I'll update those DP

I mean it's better if the total number of ASINs across all tasks running at the same time doesn't exceed this amount. It's not mandatory, of course, but doing so might help the tasks run more smoothly.

I spread the schedule for those tasks to 1-1.5 hours apart, so that they don't run at the same time. Today is my second day of testing this, looks ok so far, no time outs, only i need to wait almost 9 hours for "all runs" to finish

thanks, I'll close this one
