Error Logs for trends-widget[widget-name="RELATED_QUERIES"]

Hello team, a scheduled task has been failing since last week with the error message: ERROR PuppeteerCrawler: Request failed and maximum retries reached. TimeoutError: Waiting for the selector trends-widget[widget-name=‘RELATED_QUERIES’] has failed. In the logs I can see that there were several retries before the final error appears. The corresponding URL contains 5 different ingredients in the comparison. When I open the Google Trends URL, I can see that some widgets were not loaded successfully. After refreshing the Google Trends URL, the widget sometimes appears.

Are you aware of this issue and how can we solve it?

I am particularly surprised that the problem did not occur at the beginning of November and has only been present since at least 15 November. Thank you!

Hey,

thanks for the report. On November 15th we added some improvements to getting related trends and related queries data. We didn't encounter any errors during testing so we released it. We'll look into it and let you know once it's fixed.

Good news, now the task is running properly and we get the needed data. Still, there a lot of error logs. Now it is slightly different: WARN Failed to handle embed widget RELATED_TOPICS: TimeoutError: Waiting for selector trends-widget[widget-name*="RELATED_TOPICS"] failed

Maybe you can have a look into that as well to prevent fails in the future.
