I appreciate the changes you've made so far. Unfortunately the crawler continues to be blocked

Replicating locally and using the same custom proxy as with the runs above always yielded a result.

However, the same query by using apify (with the same proxy as local) yields 403. i've tried reducing the number of URLs to just 1, to mimic 1:1 my local CURL and still unsuccessful.

I'm unsure what to do next. Unfortunately i can't use your scraper. Do you have any advice on how to fix the issue?

Hey there,

Thank you very much for reaching out and letting us know about your problem. For the past couple of days, Glassdoor has been doing some dramatic changes on their website. Like, as increasing their protection level to the highest, introducing Cloudflare, etc. There were no protections, or changes, like this before.

Seems like some things didn't go well for them, and their website went down completely. Currently, the website throws 500 Server Errors no matter what we do. We will keep this issue open, and once the website goes up, we will check the problem.

Thank you very much for the wait. I want to let you know that the issue has been resolved, and you can freely retrieve data out of Glassdoor within your proxies.

A couple of days ago, Glassdoor started implementing very strong Cloudflare protection in their system. This morning, possibly because of the Crowdstrike outage, they went down. When they go up, we get a chance to review the problem and fix it from the ground up.
